FIELD NOTES / PRACTICE
I’m an ecological designer and visual storyteller working where field observation, care and useful communication meet.
01 / The practice
Most projects start with a slow walk, a conversation, or a detail that asks to be noticed. I use those encounters to make work that gives people a clearer way into a place, a species or an idea.
I care about the part after something looks finished: whether it feels generous to use, whether it carries its context well, and whether it makes people want to return.
02 / How I work
Observe first. Let a landscape, a community or a species set the terms for the work.
Translate complex knowledge into an invitation that people can feel and use.
Build identities, tools and experiences that grow with the people who care for them.
03 / Working alongside
A carousel of collaboration contexts—replace these labels with your own partners, studios and organisations as your practice grows.
Stories that connect volunteer action with living shorelines.
Field-led materials for curious learners of all ages.
Books, journals and small editions made for keeping.
Practical tools for growing connection close to home.
Clear visual language for long-term care.
Collaborations that make room for new questions.
